Broken Pressure Relief Valve:
A section of my basement flooded due to water leakage from a broken PRV. So grateful for Roy’s immediate and friendly response to my desperate call for help. So we decided to call them and gave them our drawings of the renovations required. Not only was the work done quickly, but very attentive to detail. Had a badly clogged kitchen sink that couldn't get cleared myself despite several attempts. Also had an issue with our kitchen sinks leaking and water temperature issues with our hot water tank.

Was in touch with Roy, who let me know they were extremely busy for some reason but would get back to me with some times. Nothing was an emergency and based on the reviews here was willing to wait a day or two if that's all it took. He was accommodating with his schedule and got over to assess the problems and provided an upfront appraisal that included replacing some low quality valves for the kitchen sink as well.

Everything was done according to what we discussed up front and no surprises at the end with the invoice. Roy was friendly, efficient and communicated well about what would be done and the costs involved. Very happy and will use them again when we need work done in the future.

We are relatively new to having a well and had an issue with low water pressure. Protex answered their phone on a sunday and were at my house before 9am monday morning. Roy checked everything, diagnosed the problem, then took the time to walk me through my system so I understood and could do some trouble shooting on my own next time. Fast, friendly and exceptional service!

Had them replace cartridge on shower faucet in 2020. This morning the cold water wouldn’t shutoff. Called Roy and he was here quickly and found and fixed the problem in no time. And on a Sunday. I would recommend these guys to everyone who has plumbing issues. No charge as warranty work.

I first spoke to Roy when I ran into a plumbing issue during the sale of my home. The buyers' inspector had claimed the type of plumbing used in the home was faulty. After speaking to a number of people who couldn't help, Roy came to the rescue! He looked at a picture of the plumbing and was able to write a letter to the buyers confirming his findings. He saved the sale of the house! He did all of this for us at no charge.

A short time later I ran into issues at my new home with the water heater. I contacted Roy right away and the issue was addressed by Max that same day. Very professional and efficient! I will be using Protex for all of my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

Roy was fantastic. He relocated the plumbing for my laundry room. He even found a cracked drain line that I was unaware of. Treated my home like it was his own. Professional and passionate.

Came on the same day during covid and provided excellent service. He replaced and made custom gaskets for us. Replaced another deteriorating gasket without even being asked. He was very friendly and professional and when i need plumbing services again I will definetly be using them again! A++++ service! Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!
