I was recommended Protex for my basement project by a friend in the industry. Max and Roy were very professional both in their communications and in their work. Before starting the work, Roy was very responsive and helpful, which I find very important when choosing a contractor. Max came to our house and his work was impeccable. The city inspector even praised the quality of the rough-in. Roy was also very flexible in accommodating our custom bathroom design and did an amazing job given the amount of space provided.
