Luke and the team at Lifestyle Custom homes built two new homes for us. The finished product was stunning. The leadership and management throughout the entire construction was superb. Luke is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, personable and enthusiastic. His background in engineering and finance also comes into play because managing the budget and construction is riddled with challenges day to day. I am glad he was up to the challenge. We built two new semi-detached dwellings. We chose one of the finishing design packages used on a house that met our vision.

We have sold one of the semi-detached homes and currently live on the other side. What is truly amazing is that I can’t hear the neighbors beside me and they can’t hear us. The sound proofing far exceeded my expectations. I came into the process knowing virtually nothing. Luke took the time to educate me and helped me to get the best bang for my buck. The finishes you would find in luxury homes can I enthusiastically recommend Lifestyle Custom Homes. You will not be disappointed.

Luke and Daniel did a great job from start to finish and we met our date for move-in. Our project manager was Luke who is also a professional engineer. We absolutely love the house and the design and still love everything about it to this day. The company went above and beyond what most builders would of done by helping with the repairs or issues that will come up as home settles to this day. The company fully stands behind their work. Me and my wife are both busy professionals working downtown. We bought a lovely home in the junction and wanted to convert the basement into a high end income suite. Lifestyle Custom Homes were amazing throughout the entire process. We had no idea how much work was required but I'm very happy we went with someone who is knowledgeable and was willing to really take ownership of the project. One thing I found to be pretty cool was the “Project Binder” they gave us. Apparently, they do it for all their jobs but I've never seen it from any other contractors. It detailed every aspect of the renovation, had all the finishes and provided us with a price list for any extras we wanted without any markup.
The project manager was a great problem solver too and really good at finding the best solution. He would take us through any problems that arose and show us what the options and best solution were. Also, the construction area was always kept clean with no mess left behind at the end of the day. I am really grateful for all the effort and would definitely choose Lifestyle Custom Homes for future projects. These guys were great.
Work that was completed included: 5' underpinning of crawlspace, 2' underpinning of perimeter, new water and sewer line, heated floors, plumbing and high end finishes

Had a living/dining room redesign completed and rewiring done in our recently purchased small century old house in Junction area of Toronto. This was our first house purchase and didn’t know much of what work really went into such a reno but seen enough TV shows disasters that we racked up a list of questions and concerns that we wanted answered before starting this project.
We first met with Luke from LCH and told him what we wanted done and literally showed him our list of questions and concerns. Despite our lack of knowledge and repetitive questions, he was quite patient, professional and polite with us and even spent time suggesting alternate designs to consider which we gratefully took. We hired LCH shortly after and were glad we did.
Being a big reno one major concern was time, money of course and the inconvenience it would cause to our neighbours being a semi. But LCH met our schedule, stayed on budget and was respectful to our neighbours.
Wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend these guys to anyone. Though… they did accidentally break a window which they told us about but they actually replaced it before we even realized with a new one so even better 
