I had a custom built Sofa bought 5 years ago. Leather is deteriorating with minimal use complained within the first month and got an inappropriate response, have complained for several years and recently was told to send my bill and photos don't believe that this is real leather even though that is what I paid for. My 40 year old leather sofa is in better condition.

Custom built Sofa and love seat bought 5 years ago. Leather completely deteriorated with minimal use in last 4 years. Any leather furniture I have owned in the past lasted far beyond this- 10 years plus. Warranty for their products in only 1 year! Buyer beware

Do not buy. I have been waiting for 3 months for my furniture and still not here and they don't when it will come. The reason is the material is out of stock and they are waiting for it. I told them that I wanted a refund and they told me no. I signed no refunds. I asked when would it be available. They did not know. I told them if the product that I bought is not avaiable, I.shouldhave been told and had the choice to cancel. I am now out $1800.
DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY OR THIS COMPANY.

I purchased my sofa and chair in December 2019, they did a beautiful job in delivering to me exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend this place if you are looking to customize your sofa and have a unique, one-of-a-kind piece in your house. I ordered a beautiful grey sofa and an accent chair in a floral print both in fabric and the quality is incredible. Thank you so much sofa by fancy!

Purchased 2 sofa stes. Leather n fabric...as per sales man local customized ....not satisfied at all..fabric one is not comfortable,,,and leather one start tearing in one less than year. I recommend ..... Don’t ever go for this choice...

We purchase a ‘leather’ sectional which looked stunning, and had seldom use in our basement. When this was relocated to a higher use location the product quickly degraded and the ‘leather’ started to peel. Clearly a defective product as peeling occurred on both the seating and back resting surfaces. Sofas by Fancy took no ownership of this issue simply stating the the product was now outside of their one year limited warranty.

We purchased home furniture from a store that sells living room furniture from sofa by fancy. I am extremely happy with the quality that they make. Their products are all made in Canada with fast shipping and good quality.
