I had a few companies come out for a quote, including a few big guys. When Alex came out to measure and quote, he brought in a sample window, explained everything including glazing etc. His price was competitive if not better. I read reviews and they had a pretty good review rating so I decided to go with them. They told me approx 8-10 weeks (which was similar to all the others if not sooner) I got a call from Window Seal West around the expected time frame and was booked in the next day for the new window. 2 gentlemen Victor and Egor showed up on time to install the window. They pulled that old window out and installed the new one without any issues. One of the guys even took a look at my front door (I asked) and showed me the air leaking at the bottom, suggested a new door yet put in some pads to help seal the door a little better for the up coming winter. I will definitely be using Window Seal West again. I have an egress window in the basement and will be giving them a call. They are a local company and manufacture locally!!! I even had a follow up appointment where another gentlemen came out (sorry, I can't recall his name) to check out if things were all in working order and to see if I was happy with the window and install. I'm very Happy!!! Give them a go, you wont be disappointed! ***5 STAR***

Great company. Everything from the seller to the window installer proved to be from the professional side! After installation, all the garbage was removed, which is also very good! Well done!

This is our second time we was used Windows Seal West to replace our main floor windows and patio door. Price was competitive, it took them 4 weeks from manufacturing until installation date. Installers were polite and friendly, did a great job and clean up.We will use them again in near future to change our entry door. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Im very happy with this company.they job is very good and very nice people. Installation was very fast all windows done in one day and super clean. I would highly reccomand.

This is how Window Seal West saved the day. When I called All Weather Windows, the company that had initially installed my kitchen window and told them that there was an air leak, I was informed that they could send a service person out to evaluate the situation. The conversation came to an abrupt end when they informed me that they needed $200.00 in advance before they would schedule a visit....

I was to say the least very disappointed in their service model.

In the end I was able to diagnose the problem and realized I needed to replace a small plastic part. This is where Window Seal West saved the day, when they replaced the part free of charge and said have a great day.

He and his team were punctual and professional. 7 Windows were changed in one day with a beautiful finish. I would like to highly recommend them to others

We installed 2 doors l with Window Seal West company in our house. We so satisfied with experience from when Mike come to give us quote. Installation was so professional. We highly recommend this company for our friends.

The guys worked very quick and the windows look wonderful! They are warm and the vinyl trim looks fantastic. I was really worried about it looking fake and awful but it doesn’t at all.

from Mike to Victor-I would recommend them to anybody. They showed us where we were loosing heat and answered any questions we had. The windows look so good decided to repaint the rooms. Will be having them to replace the rest of our window in the near future. Thank you
