I originally called Jeff because our skylight was leaking. I found him very personable and easy to talk to. The homeowner doesn't have to go up on the roof because he takes pictures before and after. He was prompt, completed the work in a timely manner and took measures to protect the inside of the home from any potential damage during installation. I would have no problem recommending Jeff Moore to anyone who asks.

The experience with Moore Skylights has exceeded my expectations. I had a sun tunnel installed in a bathroom with no windows.
From the moment I contacted Jeff, he has always responded in a very short time. He is a highly skilled professional, extremely corteous and performs a job in the best way possible.
I never, ever dealt with such a fantastic contractor.
Since the moment he came to submit the quote, until the work was finished, he kept me informed and explained every step of teh work he was doing.
After he finished the installation, which took around 3 hours, he cleaned up every place of the house where he went through, and, I can say, that he left the place cleaner than before he started his work.
The installation was flawless, he documented every step of it with pictures, inside the attic, on the roof and inside the bathroom.
Not only all what I described, but his price was the most convenient out of 3 quotes I had asked for.
I wish Jeff would be a general contractor, so I could hire him to perform any job at my house, without even blinking.

My skylight was previously installing by self made contractor who knew nothing about anything. Once I found a leak inside my house, I got in contact with Moore Skylights. Of all the quotes I received and all the people I spoke to, Jeff was the only who explain everything in details and talked to me about all my options.

He ordered my parts and less then 2 weeks later, he had received them and reinstalled my skylight.

We love our new sun tunnels.
We were looking to enhance natural light in our stairway and Jeff advised us to install sun tunnels. The whole process was very professional and stress-free. Jeff took the time to answer all of our queries and doubts. During installation, he paid a lot of attention to detail and the entire job was done in 4-5 hours.

Had a leaky Skylight spoke to Jeff at Moore's skylight Jeff went over in detail why my Skylight was leaking and the recommendation was to replace the Skylight jeffwent into extreme details which I tended agree with him. he shared a lot of information .the quality of work was second to none and the clean up on top of that was fantastic very pleased with Jeff's work. I have an old house and my old skylights were leaking; it was time to replace them. Jeff took the time to listen to my concerns and questions, and walked me through all my options as I decided what to do. He recommended the most appropriate way to solve the challenge of replacing the old skylights, which in my case involved needing to custom build new boxes/frames for them as the new skylights were slightly different dimensions from the old ones. When he peeled back the shingles on my roof Jeff discovered that whoever built my sun room did a shoddy job of adding the old skylights - there was a huge gap between each of the skylight wells and the roof - likely one of the reasons my sun room is so cold! He offered to seal up this gap with spray foam (which was not part of his original contract) to help me solve this issue. I appreciate him taking the time to do this and his attention to detail throughout the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Moore Skylights to anyone who needs skylights replaced.

Jeff done a great job. Very respectful to our house, very clean. He came around 8:30 in the morning and get the job done by noon. He also sent me pictures of the new skylights and explained in details what he has changed and things he done to improve the quality. We are very happy with his work.

Jeff was professional from start to finish. He came in to give a quote and helped with the best location of the tunnel. When he came to do the work he did it quickly 4-5 hours and made sure he kept his workspace clean. We are very happy with the tunnel. If you are looking of extra light but don't want a skylight, consider a sun tunnel. But either way Moore skylights do a great job.

10 months after installing a new skylight we had a condensation problem and Jeff responded within the hour to come and fix the leak. We spent time to explain why this happens and some possible fixes for the future. Excellent follow-up service. Thanks Jeff
