I have an old house and my old skylights were leaking; it was time to replace them. Jeff took the time to listen to my concerns and questions, and walked me through all my options as I decided what to do. He recommended the most appropriate way to solve the challenge of replacing the old skylights, which in my case involved needing to custom build new boxes/frames for them as the new skylights were slightly different dimensions from the old ones. When he peeled back the shingles on my roof Jeff discovered that whoever built my sun room did a shoddy job of adding the old skylights - there was a huge gap between each of the skylight wells and the roof - likely one of the reasons my sun room is so cold! He offered to seal up this gap with spray foam (which was not part of his original contract) to help me solve this issue. I appreciate him taking the time to do this and his attention to detail throughout the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Moore Skylights to anyone who needs skylights replaced.
