National Relocation Van Lines

When I choose this moving company I was pretty nervous. It was my first major move across country and I have heard so many bad stories. Once my friends found out I was moving they referred me to National Relocation Van Lines, and I’m glad they did. My move went really well no major hiccups to complain about. They arrived on time at pick up and a little later than expected at delivery but only by 2 days and they let me know right away. They actually kept me informed about any changes that happened in my move. For example they had to change the movers because the ones that picked me up had the stomach flu so new guys were delivering me. They don’t have to let me know that but I was happy that they did because I knew what to expect. Would I move with them again? In a heartbeat!

What a great move! Everything went right, as crazy and as unbelievable as that sounds. I let them know before I booked my move my specific dates and times for pick up and delivery, if they could not GUARANTEE me then I could not do it. They told me they could make it on those dates and THEY DID! It was wonderful to know that what I actually wanted in a move happened. Another major thing for me was my paintings, if they were damaged in anyway I was going to press charges because they were very expensive pieces. They told me that they were professionals for over 15 years and they had no doubt that the paintings were going to be perfectly fine and they were RIGHT again! When my paintings arrives, they were in perfect condition. I am the customer and the customer is always right and the customer always gets what they want. They really understood this concept and made sure that I was completely happy with my move and I really really am!
