B.C. Redi Rooter Ltd

I have experience with BC Redi Rooter on many job sights. I have never seen shortcuts taken or customers over-charged. This is the only plumbing company I have ever recommended to friends or family, and the only plumber I have ever used in my own house. BC Redi Rooter will follow plumbing codes and do it RIGHT the first time. I deal with a lot of plumbers because of my job, but this is the only plumber I will use with my family.

Richard spent most of the day working hard trying to unclog the basement kitchen drain. When he first arrived he was cheerful, very positive. He remained the same all day despite it being a terrible, dirty job, crawling into the very tight crawl space, getting sprayed with dirty water, etc. He got the job done. Thank you Richard, you are a God send. We'll be using you in the future for our plumbing needs.

We had a leak in the ceiling in our garage on a Saturday during the Abbotsford/Mission flood time. We had our water shut off and everyone was telling us it would be at least Monday before we would be able to get things fixed but Richard took the time to come fix our leak on his day off. Very grateful for his amazing service!

I had all these little piddly things that had piled up over the years that now had to be fixed. Richard whom I had dealt with in the past and was always just the greatest professional to deal with sent Josh out in his place. I have to say I was a little disappointed because I didn't know what to expect but let me tell you Josh sure made my day and was extremely patience with me as I like to hang around and watch everything and chat up a storm. No problem for this young man. He has now joined the ranks of my favourite people to deal with. He managed to get everything fixed that needed fixing and even gave me some pointers on others things that I didn't even know they did. So.....YES I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you Josh, Richard and Chris for everything you did for me, I am so grateful that there are still people like them around.

Josh from BC Redi Rooter was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He had to remove the garburator in order to use an auger to unplug the pipe. Josh gave some good advice about using a garburator. I would recommend this company for a job well done.

I appreciated the complimentary check of the plumbing in my house. I became aware of issues that could be remedied before a problem presented. The work was done professionally. The workers are competent, polite, tidy and clean up after themselves. They came on time and did the work promised with good communication as new issues came up.

I am very grateful for BC Redi-Rooter and especially to Josh and Chris. Their attention to code, quick response, and quality work is very much appreciated. The tray under the hot water tank and alarm will stop further floods. Thank you!

my wife had a plugged toilet while i was away for work she called redi rooter they way over charged for the work done i called when i was back in town and talked to office said they would get back to me to see what they could do but obviously not going to happen because that was a couple months ago work was good price was ludacriss will not recommend to anybody for this reason alone

I recommend bc redirooter.ca for any plumbing problems that may occur in your home. Twice I had an emergency at this location and, Richard came immediately. Richard is so helpful and his crew is right there pitching in. And, if city hall has to come, Richard phones them and stayed with me until city hall arrived. Believe me, if it wasn't for Richard, I don't know what I would do. They replaced taps, (I didn't have to go shopping, they did), the water pressure was too high, the helper discovered that, so he went shopping and put in a new one. Replaced the toilet and any mess made, they cleaned it up. Thank you bc redirooter (Richard). I couldn't get the stars to work, but ,believe me, I am totally satisfied. Nadyne
