The glass on two window panes on front of our house had shifted breaking the seal between the two glass panels. Basco visited site and gave us a quotation with a 3-5 week timeframe. The window panels arrived ahead of schedule and were installed. Job site was cleaned up. Everything went smoothly.

I would like to highly recommend Basco, Alberta owned & operated business for any kind of window repair. They provide highly professional service with very reasonable price. There are no hidden fees or any upfront charges. In my home they replace opening mechanism on windows. They come at promising time and finish job quickly. All windows open and closes like new one.

Simon, the company representative, responded to my initial enquiry promptly and in detail. He continued to respond extremely promptly and thoroughly to all emails. Simon told me that I didn't need to replace my two foggy windows in their entirety, but that I could save a lot of money by replacing just the window panes. I think the work was very reasonably priced. As I've told Simon, I am very impressed by Connor, the technician who was dispatched by Simon to do the estimate and to do the work when my windows were ready for installation. Connor is a very nice young man: respectful, wears a mask and keeps a social distance. Connor is also a hard worker and he did an excellent job installing my two bay windows yesterday. Kudos to Simon and to Connor!

Simon and his tech arrived on time and efficiently replaced glass in 5 second storey windows at the agreed on competitive price. They followed covid guidelines...were respectful of our home and left the area clean. There was nothing for us to do afterwards. They were both pleasant, friendly and professional.

From getting an estimate to the completion of the repair, everything was so smooth , efficient and professional. The price was very reasonable and the installation was completed as promised and with no delays. The replacement window is exactly the same as our old one which was damaged by hail. Simon was so careful. He took extra care to make sure there was no damage to the floor, the walls and the furniture. Prior to calling Basco, I talked to a lot of other companies. Most of them would not even come to our house to give us an estimate because they don’t have the resource or manpower to replace such a big window. Overall, I would rate this experience as excellent and would highly recommend Basco to anyone who is looking for a window repair or replacement. We looked at replacing al our windows for a cost of 75k, instead we had a quote from Basco to see if they could replace a few panes that were fogged, a brocken window, screen damage and several hard ware issues. They did it all, could not be more happy with he quality of work and professionalism.
