Absolutely first class service- will definitely use their service again
From getting an estimate to the completion of the repair, everything was so smooth , efficient and professional. The price was very reasonable and the installation was completed as promised and with no delays. The replacement window is exactly the same as our old one which was damaged by hail. Simon was so careful. He took extra care to make sure there was no damage to the floor, the walls and the furniture. Prior to calling Basco, I talked to a lot of other companies. Most of them would not even come to our house to give us an estimate because they don’t have the resource or manpower to replace such a big window. Overall, I would rate this experience as excellent and would highly recommend Basco to anyone who is looking for a window repair or replacement. Five stars all the way and thanks again, Simon, for doing such a good job.
