Not the best

Airdrie

I was his customer 5 years ago and just now i noticed that this building that he assessed is shifting due to soft ground, cracks in the walls, sinking concrete foundation, window frames are separating. This is why i hired a home inspection, because i don't see this kind of stuff. Apparently he doesn't notice this also. So just keep that in mind when you hire this guy. Not impressed with his assessment skills.

Home Inspection review in Calgary

I was very impressed with the service received from Fortunate. They were able to perform the Home Inspection within a week of request and carried out a thorough and professional job. I was talked through everything that they did and provided with a full report for a reasonable price.
