I began having leaking issues with my dishwater about 2 weeks ago(not while it was running but a day or so after the cycle was completed). The dishwasher was only a little over a year old. I thought I would have to go thru the warranty but Chris Ford found the problem in no time. Apparently when it was installed, the supply hose connection was not connected probably. It ended being an easy fix and now I don't have to worry finding a big puddle of water on my kitchen floor when I get home from work.
The service was friendly, and Chris explained everything so I could understand it. For piece of mind, I decided to join the lifetime membership with Mr. Rooter.
