Unreliable - cannot be counted on to get the job done on time. They do not take responsibility for not doing so, and love to blame others for delays. Checked on their work every couple of days and at different times, and never anyone around doing any work. Could not see much progress from one visit to the other.

When we told them that they needed to remove the underlay of the bathroom floor, they resisted (toilet overflowed). We had to get a third party to prove the underlay had to be removed. As it turned out there was mold and asbestos.

It was obvious they tried to cut corners to the detriment of the customer, and yet the full price was charged.
