Termax dealt with my raccoon problem right away, I couldn't be happier. Before calling them I had actually hired another company who couldn't solve my problem. Termax sent a technician out the very same morning that I called and both men were very courteous and informative. I noticed my problem was gone after the first night, thankfully the noises in the attic had finally stopped. During the visit they also advised me on all aspects of keeping my home free from any wildlife and pest problems. It was an excellent experience working with a company like Termax.

Professional, helpful and friendly from the start. Technicians were very informative and explained to me everything I needed to know to rid of my squirrel problem. They sealed up all my vents on the roof as well so that I won't have to worry about it in the future.

Great service and warranty package. Quick and on time with the required tools. Material is very strong and durable and is going to last a very long time. Great company, highly recommend.

Raccoon removal
Great company! They scheduled an appointment for me the very same day and arrived on time. The technician was very caring, he informed me of everything I needed to know and cautiously removed the baby raccoons from my attic and made sure they were safe. I also got more work done on my roof to prevent any more animals from breaking in again in the future. So glad they did that for me and I won’t have to worry about this problem again.

This is the worst possible deceiving company. I bought a Groupon 'deal' for a complete duct cleaning and furnace cleaning. Half-way through slick Mahesh told me it would cost $240 plus tax more to do the job correctly. He offered to do it for cash and drove me to my bank in his truck with a helper unbuckled between us to get cash. I was stupid, don't be the same. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

arrived late for appt., unmarked van, pressure selling to purchase furnace cleaning as well, left dirt on floor, marks on wall, didn't seal access points properly...when I complained afterwards technician said to fix it myself. I left numerous voice messages over a 3 week period and never received a reply. Even sent an email to the owner of the company who also didn't respond!

I got this company from a Wagjag voucher and I do not recommend them at all. When doing the air intake, they blew all the dirt over my nicely cleaned house. I asked if they were going to clean up the mess and was told no, so I asked if they would provide a housekeeper and again the answer was no. He did apologize, but made it seem like he was doing me a favour by apologizing and basically said so. Also they had to be asked to remove their shoes. I like to end on a positive note and let you know that my ducts and air intake are very clean.

I had a squirrel problem and termax came and installed a door to get them out. They were fast and I got the job done the same day. Good company would recommend.

Staff Malan was really good in explaining the various steps and preventive methods to prevent future issues. He was very courteaous and thanks to Thermax for the quick response. Now....its peace of mind :)
