I would highly recommend Kelk Inspections. I had Kelk Inspections inspect a 20 year old home on a 3/4 acre lot. Steve was very thorough and took time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions/concerns that I had. He was careful to distinguish what was important, and make suggestions for smaller repairs where necessary. He provide a detailed report that was easy to read and full of information and photos that will be a great reference in the future. The infra-red was a great bonus and provide additional information that would not have been possible with just a visual alone. I feel much better knowing the condition of the home I am buying and that there will not be any surprises down the road. Again, I would highly recommend Kelk. I very good experience all around!

Stephen was very thorough in doing the home inspection for our new home. He walked us through the whole house and explained everything in detail. The inspection report is very easy to understand and any issues were brought to our attention. The report shows very clearly which issues need to be addressed right away, and those that can wait. Stephen inspected a house on a farm property we are considering buying. I've had home inspections in the past and this was by far the most in-depth. Stephen is really good at letting you know what is really important and what is less urgent.

The inspection ended past 5 PM and by 10 PM that night we had the 50 page detailed report with pictures and recommendations. Impressive. Plus he's a nice guy too. Highly recommended.
