We hired Kelk Inspections to perform an inspection on our new build home prior to submitting our 30 day Tarion report. From the moment we reached out to him for a quote, we were impressed with Stephen's professionalism. He was punctual in his arrival, was personable and was very thorough with his inspection, spending three hours inside/outside our home. He provided us with an extremely detailed report which included many pictures the same day, which we were able to use to submit our report to Tarion.
