My water shut off valve for the house was very old and very difficult to move and my shut off valve for the hose outside was also very difficult to turn. Jeff came during the scheduled time and did the work cleanly and efficiently giving me ball valves in both spots which will make using these much easier. I am very satisfied with his work. This is the second time I have used his company the first was to replace two very old toilets. The new Toto toilets are great.

Jeff was very professional. By far, one of the nicest contractors we have dealt with. He solved our kitchen plumbing needs, clogged drain. Appreciate his customer service. Pleasure meeting him and will definitely reach out in the future, if needed. Highly recommend.

Jeff arrived when he said he would. He was polite, looked at the toilet and gave me two options. I chose to replace it and Jeff worked quickly and cleaned as he went. I would recommend using this company and would recommend Jeff.

Jeff very quickly diagnosed the water pressure issues in the kitchen and replaced the faucet. He removed the old filter and water softener and repaired pipes in a timely manner. The areas were left clean and tidy after his work. We are very pleased with Jeff's professionalism and knowledge and highly recommend his services.

As the other reviews have stated, Jeff is a perfect gentleman but also the best plumber for which one could ask. I would not hesitate to contact him again as I have finally found Jeff whom I will use for my plumbing services from now on.

Jeff arrived the same day i made the appointment, explained everything necessary to be done and made several recommendations. the work was completed immediately and to our satisfaction. i learned a lot and was very pleased with the work done and the fair treatment i received. i'd recommend his work without hesitation.

After discussing our issue they got right to work. After a few different tests, were able to confidently determine the source of the leak. Job site was left completely clean.

My toilet was making a very loud foghorn noise. Internet research illustrated that the ballcock (real name for the piece!) needed to be replaced. After watching videos on how to do it myself, I opted for professional help instead (I know my limitations). Based on great reviews, I contacted this firm and the entire experience was professional. Great communications, arrived exactly as planned, got the work done properly. Jeff did the work and he is clearly a master of his trade. We had a nice conversation about guitars and music as well. Great guy, pleasant, courteous and conscientious about keeping my home and bathroom clean, and priced fairly. I would definitely recommend for any in-home plumbing needs. Five stars for sure.
