Toilet repair

My toilet kept flushing randomly so called Great Plumbing Co after reading all the positive Homestars reviews & Jeff diagnosed the problem immediately. He replaced the old parts with new & installed a new chrome handle all in an hour. Jeff is very polite and personable and very efficient.
I certainly recommend them & will definitely use this company again.

Leaking toilet

After vacation we found one of the toilets leaking. It was great to have Jeff come to figure out where the leak came from and replace the defective part. He cleaned things up and ensured the toilet was nicely secured to the tile floor afterwards.

Replacement of kitchen faucet

Had a very old kitchen faucet that was leaking water underneath the sink and Jeff was able to replace with exactly the model i wanted within 24 hours. Any problems, he is very quick to follow up with you. Thank you Jeff.

Broken toilet

We had a leak in our kitchen from our third floor toilet. Jeff arrived on time. Explained the suspected problem and gave a quote before proceeding. Fixed the toilet and cleaned up. Too rate service - I would highly recommend Jeff.

Plumbing outdoor tap/hose issue

Jeff arrived at the allotted time. He worked quickly and solved my tap/ hose issue. He also made recommendations for a future hose installation. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. A very professional, friendly gentleman.. Replaced Kitchen Faucet

First class service. Booked my appointment online. Jeff called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived during the time my appointment was scheduled (very reliable). He has such a kind and pleasant demeanour, and very neat. He diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate of the cost, and really walks you through the whole process. Once I agreed to the cost, he installed the faucet. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber who is reliable, trustworthy, hard working, and very professional. Thanks Jeff and and The Great Plumbing Co. For your service!

Amazing job

Jeff came by earlier (other plumbers did not show up )
Jeff was quick, quiet and efficient
He cleaned up after he was done

He tested everything to make sure it worked and he was incredibly friendly
