Our older fridge stopped working and Steve came out and was so experienced and honest about what it was, took the time to explain everything and fixed it as soon as they got the part (the next day). excellent service.

Called Valley View and had a great phone conversation. Booked for a service tech to come over. He did, gave an estimate, repaired it in short time and actual cost was a fair bit lower. have used dryer extensively since and glad we repaired over purchasing new. Great job, service and would recommend this company based on our experience.

Valley View service was terrific. Pre-service call reminding service coming up. Extreme care moving fridge ,and was very careful doing the repair and even cleaned up area behind the fridge before moved back.

Steven was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He cleaned up after himself and gave a short tutorial of tips to clean and maintain the dishwasher. Couldnt be happier. Best service in a long time from booking to arrival of technician. Steve not only repaired my dishwasher but fixed up some neglected details from the original installation. Organized, knowledgeable and polite taking extra care not to scratch my floor. Their price was in line with the other quotes I received.

The company scheduled the repair quickly. The repair technician, Steve, was on time, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and was careful to protect my hardwood flooring. The repair was conducted properly and professionally and he offered some operational tips on using the dishwasher.

This was a service call for a gas stove. Steve was very professional and courteous. He obviously really cares about the customer's product concerns. He had fixed a previous stove for us and we asked for him specifically to take a look at this stove. Very knowledgeable and we trust his judgement on whether to repair or replace. I will ask for Steve for any appliance concerns in the future.

LOVE this Company! I have used them on more than one occasion, for different appliances. They always make it within a day, and Steve, is one of the nicest people on the planet (Rockstar!).
