Always super happy with Valley Views service calls. Techs are awesome, honest and reliable. Even though current issue wasnt able to be resolved due to non availability of part, I feel confident that all options were explored to try to resolve it. Tech offered advice on improving and maintaining other appliances while in the house.

Steve from Valley View Appliances was extremely competent. Quick diagnosis, instant quote. Awesome communication though the process. After proceeding and performing tests, he was able to point out the issue was electrical service not related to the appliances. He helped me figure out the source of the issue in a couple of minutes. Service was thorough and clean. Steve was also very helpful at understanding expectations for the life of the appliances and how to properly take care of them.

I had a great experience having Steve from Valley View diagnose my broken dishwasher. In the end, the recommendation was to replace the dishwasher not repair it but Steve made the options clear to understand and went above and beyond to provide details.

He even had a quick look at my ailing Fridge while we were waiting for a parts quote and gave me an estimate to repair it. Again, it was clear that his level of knowledge and experience was excellent.

Ultimately, I decided to get new appliance... but Steve gave me advice on how to get a good deal and that worked out. I only wish Valley View did installs.

Excellent service received, and very knowledgeable technician. In under thirty minutes we had a working oven, explained problem and fixed it with original part from manufacturer. Would most certainly call again for any other service needs. I really appreciated the mats, and sliders used to maintain cleanliness during the moving and repair of the oven. A professional, confident, and easy to deal with.

I contacted Valley View appliances for assistance with my refrigerator that was not cooling the fridge side properly. The tech came out, was very friendly. He inspected my appliance and determined the part for the fix would be about $300. He then suggested a DIY fix to save the money as it is an older fridge and not likely to be worth it in the long run since it is an older appliance. He confirmed the part numbers I would need should I decide I want to fully fix it and where to get them. It has been 3 days since the visit and so far so good on the fix.
