Liberty Security

I have been looking into security systems for the past few years now and have been hesitant up until now. I have read reviews, talked to the door to door sales guys and have not been happy with anything that I have seen, up until now. A few weeks ago I came across a rep for Liberty Home Security, Adam Williams. We had a good conversation and I invited him to my home for a quote.

With all the sales guys I have had in my home for home security along with the reviews I have read, this was the first time I have ever experienced such a professional and non - threatening discussion. I was not put under pressure in any way to purchase right now or had a limited time offer like I have had with other companies. I was simply given my options of what was suggestion for protection for my home along with additional equipment if it was in my interest. In the end of our meeting I felt as though the Liberty rep was there for the interest in my home and family safety. I was reassured with 100% support from Liberty while I had their equipment at no additional costs.

I was left with a good feeling with the company but did not jump to the conclusion until the install was actually complete. The tech arrived a few days later. We discussed where all the sensors were to be installed as per the suggestions from my sales rep. The install went smooth and clean.

Over the next few days I had been on a few phone calls as there is a bit to understand with the system and training involved. Every time I called in I was given the support and training I requested and my issues were resolved. I am still fine tuning and familiarizing myself with the system as I did get a few upgrades in my system which still ended up being cheaper than the competitors.

I apologize for the long winded message, but I just wanted to let people know out there that are looking into house security, please give Liberty a shot. They are at a 4.5 star rating with excellent reviews. The bonus was that the sales rep is local here to Beaumont and can be contacted anytime where I found others are transients that come in just to make a quick sale.

Security hardware is relatively the same everywhere. Its the sales and customer service that really support a company and finally I found a company that has that. Thank you Liberty.

Right from the start, the service provided by Liberty has been first class. Brant Wolsey (sales rep) was very courteous, patient and professional. I would recommend Brant and Liberty Security Systems to anyone that is looking for a home security system.

We have a very good experience with Liberty . It's a very easy system to understand and the fact we can use a mobile app to control is awesome . We recently had an alarm system installed by Liberty. Right from the start we were very impressed. Doug Stebner, the representative, was professional, friendly and articulate. He explained the options clearly and made appropriate recommendations to suit our situation.
Burns Harris, the installation technician, was very polite and worked efficiently. Burns phoned to say he would be a few minutes late. That was greatly appreciated!!--who besides a company like Liberty gives that kind of customer courtesy anymore!

Was looking for a security system as there seems to have a been a rash of break-ins in Airdrie. A co-worker suggested Liberty and the rest is history. I had a few companies give me quotes, but talking to Cole from Liberty eliminated all other considerations. He is sincere and gave me confidence in my decision to go with Liberty. I'd recommend them highly. And hey, since selecting them, I have had a couple of questions and I actually get phone calls with answers. Why look anywhere else?!!

I inquired about a home security system through Liberty's website and received a quick response from Cole, a Sales Consultant. The whole process was informative, custom, and collaborative. He answered all of my questions and we just had the system installed. We were primarily interested in home security and we didnt feel pressured to add on home automation, etc. which was really nice. We also like that Liberty is a Canadian company! My partner and I feel safe with our new system and LOVE that we can see everything from our iPhones and remotely arm/disarm our house. We also like that our system was completely customized to what we wanted. The price upfront and monthly is better than other companies who offer similar setups. We compared other local companies and relied primarily on customer reviews, and we're so glad we chose Liberty!

I researched quite a few security companies and Liberty Security had amazing reviews which is why I called them. They definitely lived up to them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and was not a pushy salesman at all. The technician was great and customer service exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend them.

Liberty was great from the consultation (no up-sell) to the installation (punctual and professional). The monitor and mobile app is very easy to use. I would recommend Liberty to my family and friends.

I had 2 separate systems installed. Very easy to use and works very well. Through the app I am able to check on and even arm either system. The company is also very easy to deal with.

I phoned Liberty Security Systems after having my home broken into and robbed. Cole was very professional and understanding. He was able to send technicians the next day to install my new home security system. The technicians were efficient and friendly. Joshua was very patient with me and showed me how to monitor and control the system from my iPhone. They cleaned up after themselves and left only when I was completely satisfied. I use my new security system every day and I'm able to monitor it remotely using my iPhone. It has brought me much peace of mind since my break-in.
