I called Peter about my ant problem and he was out the next day to tackle the issue. Peter also returned another day to spray the outside of my home, as it was raining on the day he tackled the inside. He spent time showing me issues and how he was going to tackle the problem. Very impressed, but his service and knowledge.

In January I contacted Peter Power to investigate a mice problem in my attic. The city of Pickering was doing work behind my home and all the digging and movement of earth must have moved the mice from their current home into mine. :(

Peter arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable and courteous and dealt with the problem. He went even further to show me outside my home where I could do some caulking to ensure they would no longer be able to get in.

He followed up with me in April by coming back and going back up in the attic to ensure no further issues. He also offered to come back again once all the caulking is done by my roofing company to check that all possible entry points were sealed.

I would highly recommend Peter Power as he offers excellent customer service and goes that step beyond which is hard to find these days!!! He truly cares to solve your problems.

We live in an older split level home. Peter came to see us for an ongoing carpenter ant issue in our laundry room and my daughter's bedroom located above the laundry room. He quickly took care of the problem and reliably returns if we need him for other pest control issues.

I discovered in the guest bedroom yellow jacket bees!!! in February! they were lethargic and moving slowly. I called Peter and he came - diagnosed the problem...saw where the bees were entering my home....sprayed and instantly we saw bees drop dead on my roof. He taped the area thoroughly and said to give it two weeks and if they persist he will return and take a more drastic measure - cutting into soffit. I found Peter through the homestars site, and I'm very glad I did. While my house was being renovated and I was living elsewhere, I had rats move in to the areas that weren't being renovated - to my horror. I had only two weeks until I had to move back in and desparately wanted the problem solved. Peter was very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable, and even gave me great advice over the phone on our initial call. He was able to come to see the house very quickly, did a thorough walk though of the house and the exterior to figure out where the problems had started, counseled me on traps vs poison, and was able to start the extermination that day. Peter also introduced me to another person who (separately from his fee) fixed the problem on the exterior of the house. Peter kept in contact with me throughout the week, came back to clean up the droppings in the basement and followed up with a final visit before I moved back in to put my mind at ease that the problem was rectified. We were rat-free in four days and able to move back in mostly on schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better help to a help solve a horrifying problem! Thanks Peter!

I was referred to Power Pest Control by my neighbour who had used them to for roaches. They highly recommended them. I called for myself a few months later for a suspected roach concern. When i contacted Peter he was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I hired him to spray my home and i have been very happy with him and his services.
