We managed to bring some bed bugs home from a stay at a hotel in Washington, DC. Fortunately, they were restricted to one bedroom on the top floor. Peter was extremely prompt in coming to assess the situation as soon as I called him. He was very thorough and went through every bedroom in the house to make sure that they had not spread. He gave us a preparation guide to get the area ready for treatment and he came back as soon as we had it ready and treated the area twice. He gave us some after treatment maintenance tips as well. Overall a good experience to get rid of a bad problem.

I spoke to Peter about our mice problem. Peter was pleasant, friendly, courteous and super polite. He is very punctual and promptly return my call.
He placed bait stations and traps into all the places where the mice can enter. He already came back three times and refill the baits. I have noticed huge improvement - mice droppings has reduced drastically. The bait stations and traps are definitely working. Peter promise to come back again to ensure the mice are all gone. We called Power Pest Control Inc. and spoke to Peter about a bedbug problem at our mother's home. We arranged a time for Peter to come to the house and inspect the problem areas. He was on time and performed the inspection in a very thorough and professional manner. He then explained the work that he would do to solve the problem and answered all of our questions. He returned for a follow up inspection and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. In summary, we have been extremely satisfied with Peter's work, professional manner and honesty. Peter came twice to deal with the issue and promised to come back again if necessary. Excellent and courteous service for a widowed senior ( 85 years old). He always responds to call and returns them promptly.

We had mud dauber wasps flying around our house. They don't sting, but they're a nuisance in large numbers. Some of the exterminator companies I spoke to had never even heard of them. Peter knew about them and warned us that because of our many shrubs and plants (good mud dauber habitats, apparently), the wasps might be difficult to get rid of. Spraying might not eradicate them completely, he warned. I asked him to spray anyway, and the mud daubers were gone. This took place at the end of June and we haven't seen a mud dauber since.I would definitely recommend Power Pest Control.

Mid afternoon, I looked in my neighbor's tree and saw a wasp nest about the size of a basketball (don't know HOW I didn't notice it sooner! Photo is attached). My sister called someone who said "yeah, we'll send someone in a few days". NO! I wanted that thing down NOW! Called Power Pest Control (saw their ad for same day service) and even though I was 3 hours later than the "cut off time" for same day, Tanya (who was very nice) passed my call to Peter who promptly called me back and arranged to come that evening after sunset. He arrived a few minutes after the sun went down, and got to work. I'd love to say I watched-but I stayed inside! He was done quickly, the nest is down, and now we can enjoy my backyard again. He was as sweet as he could be (and very cute:) and we re SO grateful to him for coming out so quickly (turns out they were yellow jackets--the kind who sting repeatedly if angry--can't take that chance with our dog!) Thank you Peter! You ROCK and if we see anything crawling or flying by that I don't like the looks of-you will be the ONLY one we'll call!

Had a pest issue (rats). Had called another highly rated company, but their quote was exorbitant @ $4500.00 (hermetically sealing the house against all invaders, including the brick vent holes was what got me) and they only trapped, not killed. You do not trap & release rats, you kill them.
Peter came the same day, also determined that these were rats, found the entry point, set out 10 traps and my problem was solved in 3 days. He did a follow up visit, checked and reset the traps and all is well in my house. Highly professional, nice guy.

I asked Peter to clear out a wasp nest hidden behind some wood at my house. He pulled down the wood and also found a honey bee hive and removed that as well.
