Call Jamie Painting&Drywall

I had a very small drywall repair and paint job that was beyond my skill level, but still not a ton of work. I wasn't sure about getting quotes because the size of the job was so small.

I contacted Call Jamie and he responded within 10 minutes saying that would be happy to give me a quote. I should add the Jamie responded at about 10 p.m. on a Saturday night - so I could tell right away he was committed to earning my business.

Pam came out to do the estimate the following Monday, and she was quick and answered all my questions. She was in and out in about 10 minutes, and I had a written estimate emailed to me within 24 hours. The price was very reasonable, so I asked when they could start. When they said the following Monday, I was surprised because it was so soon.

Sure enough, first thing Monday morning Brooke showed up ready to get started. She was great to work with and answered all my questions. I could tell by the way she talked about her work that she really enjoyed it and was committed to doing a great job, which she most definitely did.

The quote said it would take 5 days to complete the work, but they had the job done in four. Four straight days Brooke came on time, and kept me up to speed on how the project was progressing. She even walked me through the process, explaining what she was doing at each step.

Payment was easy to make via email transfer, and the amount quoted was the amount I paid. Im very happy with the quality of work done and how well and efficiently the business end of the company is run.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Call Jamie, and will definitely use them again for future projects.

I called Jamie for a quote to remove the popcorn off the ceiling of our newly purchased 1860 sq ft home and convert it to flat which came in around $7500. Jamie and his team did a great job. They arrived when they said they would, they kept to my strict timeline and they hired cleaners after to get rid of every speck of drywall dust. He then convinced us to pay him an additional $3,500 to lacquer our upstairs bannister, downstairs railing and hutch. The lacquer sprayed much further that initially indicated and we were forced to sand walls and repaint the entire house to get rid of it.
But the real trouble came about three months later when our skylight drywall started to crack, screws started to pop out of the ceiling in various places upstairs and the upstairs bannister cracked. When I contacted Jamie to ask if he warrantied his work his excellent customer service was no longer present and he said that it was a mistake the builder made (my house was built in 1997) but just happened to show up months after my ceilings were skimmed, which is a very convenient coincidence.
Within a month of completing the lacquer my bannister started to crack and once again, Jamie said that it should have been one piece as he knew that overtime this would happen. Had I known that overtime meant 30 days I would have saved my $300+.
Jamie's work was initially very good and he was very accommodating but if you're looking for something to last, perhaps look elsewhere.

We hired Jamie to remove the popcorn ceiling from our house and finish them flat. The transformation was incredible. It took our house from a 90's stereotype to a new build look.

We were so impressed with the work done that we also got Jamie to spray our oak banister and built in cabinets white. It was a huge upgrade in the appearance of our house.

Ten out of ten, would hire again!

Jamie takes great pride in his work, and did a great job for us. Everything looks great again after our mini flood, I would highly recommend Jamie for any drywall painting work. His Festool Dustless sanding system does a wonderful job, which eliminates a lot of the dust and keeps the site clean. Jamie and Pam both communicated well with us and responded in quick fashion with our estimate. Our ceiling was stripped, then primed and re-done with popcorn texture...awesome job done !!

Folks, use Call Jamie, he is professional and an expert, he is respectful and works to complete the job in an excellent manner and within timing proposed. He did not leave the job until we were totally satisfied, and he was too.
The renovation turned out perfect, was completed quickly and within the budget he proposed.
The people he has contracted to do the job are expert also.
It was interesting working with him and we'll hire him again.

Drywall tape came away from wall and ceiling. Jamie repaired this issue and went above by leveling out all seams in the room. Brooke did an amazing job painting the walls and ceiling. I would highly recommend them.

Jamie was fantastic to work with , very professional . Jamie went above and beyond meeting our expectations, completing one extra wall area that wasn't even in the quoted project.

We had Jamie do the drywall in our bathroom renovation. We have had a few different drywall contractors in the past and Call Jamie was by far the best.
