My tenants told me the dryer stopped working so my building management recommended me TM appliances. I should’ve went with a different company. When I called them first, they sounded very annoyed and unprofessional, but I figured I should still give it a try since I don’t know other services. He told me to email them the details of the service request. After 2 days, finally receive a reply email booking the appointment. After the appointment, there was no communication with me as to what is the diagnosis of the dryer issue. I had to find out thought my tenants that they had ordered the part and will contact me for another appointment to install. So the next day I emailed and called them to ask for follow up. NO RESPONSE. I have to email 2 more times and call 2 more times, left a very unhappy voicemail, then 1 week after the service call, I receive a reply that they are still waiting for the part. I am trying to be patient, so I kept waiting. Now is 2 weeks after the service call and they just inform me the part they had ordered is not available so they will only charge me service fee. I am furious because how can they only tell me 2 weeks after that they don't have the part. Absolutely horrible service. I have emailed them back asking them why the delay, they replied answering other questions and completely ignored the delay question.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IS LIKE I GOT TRICKED.
