I hired them in March 2020 it is now September 16, 2020 and they still have not completed the job. I was told they could not started until the spring frost lifted. I contacted them throughout the summer and was told we were next on the list. Today, I called and was told they have been busy with other jobs. I wish they would have told me they were not interested in doing my job or that they only wanted to do larger jobs. To top off the horrible service i received from this company, the receptionist hung up on me.

I hired this company for a very small job -fixing yard light. I kept track of the time they arrived and left. They charged me 2 hours for a bucket truck and 2 hours for the electricians time. They finished the job in 20 minutes. I had a very difficult time getting my bill adjusted. A huge overcharge and they were very unprofessional on the phone and email!
However I will was happy with the work done, efficient and quick. Just make sure they sign in when they arrive and leave!
