I hired this company for a very small job -fixing yard light. I kept track of the time they arrived and left. They charged me 2 hours for a bucket truck and 2 hours for the electricians time. They finished the job in 20 minutes. I had a very difficult time getting my bill adjusted. A huge overcharge and they were very unprofessional on the phone and email! However I will was happy with the work done, efficient and quick. Just make sure they sign in when they arrive and leave!
