We dealt with Marc, who was very knowledgeable about each brands' makes, models and features. He was professional and courteous at all times, and he helped us explore different options and made recommendations that we were very happy with. Best Brand Appliances was very competitive, and they were very flexible and accommodating with the delivery. The delivery too was a great experience - on time as scheduled and all packaging removed and disposed. The new appliances look great and complete the look of our new kitchen. I purchased a BOSCH FRIDGE 800 SERIES Jan. 2011 from Best Brand. The company stopped making parts for this model. I have an 8 year old fridge which I need to scrap because it cannot get serviced. Taxes in $8475.

Cara helped us with the purchase of kitchen appliances (Range, Fridge and Dishwasher) and Laundry (Washer and Dryer). We had come in with a set of appliances and ended up, thanks to her advice, switching a few of them. While the prices were excellent (and they are significantly lower than at other chains), the most valuable aspect was the advice. This included recommendations based on repair history and strength of warranty support. I guess this was what was most important to us. Really pleased with the experience and very grateful for the advice - loved the price.
