This place is AWFUL

Excellent sales tactics but once you buy, you’re ignored and treated poorly.
Of the 5 appliances we purchased, 3 broke within the first 2.5 years. 2 of which had to be replaced and when working with best brand they ignored emails and requests from the appliance company to obtain purchase information for repairs and replacement.

I regret using the company and would advise against it if you can.

appliance purchase

Great in store shopping experience with Aaron at the Vaughn location of Best Brand Appliances. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . Would highly recommend the store and Aaron. Delivery wont be for a while but that was my choice.

Worth the wait

I did my research. I went to many stores. BestBrand did offer the best price with zero haggling. The range was stock, the fridge was delayed. I waited for the fridge for delivery and am very pleased with my purchases (FisherPaykel). I dealt with Cara, she says it like it is, she keeps her word if she is going to look into something for you, and she will get back to you. And again, no muss, no fuss haggling, just straight up good service. I would recommend and see her first on my next purchase. And although I dealt with Cara for my purchase, I was in the store making payments, making sure my roasting pan would fit, and just making sure I had made the correct decision, and every employee there was down to earth, treated me decent, would either contact Cara or assist me if I needed it. This was at the Leslie location. I don’t do a lot of reviews, but I felt this was worth the time to compliment them.

Kitchen Renovation

I purchased four Jenn-Air appliances from Best Brand as part of my kitchen renovations. I'm just thankful I also purchased the extended warranty from Whirlpool because it's been a nightmare. I've had issues with all the appliances but in particular the Jenn-Air wall oven. I've had all parts changed multiple times and as of today it's still not working and I'm waiting for another replace part. Please take it from me do NOT buy Whirlpool/Jenn-Air products.

Bad Showroom Experience - Nothing to Sell for the next 6 months

I went into the Leslie showroom on Friday to shop for appliances, explained to salesman who met us at the front that we are looking for counter depth refrigerator, sliding range with warming drawer etc. He basically sent us away immediately, telling us that they have nothing to sell or deliver in the next 6 months to a year as all manufacturers are on back orders. He even sent us to another appliance store to try our luck.
The reason I went to BestBrand Leslie was that I purchased a sub zero fridge from them 2 years ago. I then went to another appliance store and they say they have lots of inventory. Your thoughts

Good Day Viewers, as were all trying to get through the Covid back orders in the supply chain we sometimes often find consumers frustrated with our estmated delivery forecasting from suppliers , We understand prior to Covid we would have stock of top selling models or 2-4 weeks would be the average time , this is no longer the case for product purchasing and Best Brand is being honest with our customers that current orders in the system have seen unpresidented delays for exisitng orders due to parts and manufacture issues , covid cases and shutdowns, lock downs and high demand in the home renovation sector, Best Brand will not lead or let a consumer hear something that we already know cannot happen, if the product selected is called for 4-6 months to arrive than we cannot be help at fault for letting the customers know the estimated date,as well were having supply issues on exentended back orders that customers were hoping for product on a time but sadly the suppliers cannot provide and as a result more delays, I am sorry you heard something that wasnt what you expected but we order the product from the same sources of all Ontario dealers and our estimated dates will all be the same across the board.Best Brand Appliances works in good faith always and Covid for not just the appliance industry but for many supply chains across the board all have hardship , example Cars, Boats, ATV, Paint, Wood, Kitchen cabinets, Windows, Screws for roofs, electrical chips, and on and on, were doing our best on a day to day and will continue to try and support new orders as well as ongoing

BEST BRAND DELIVERS!

I recently purchased a new home and was in search of quality appliances at affordable prices. Friends of ours had recommended that we contact Best Brand Appliance. They had recently renovated their kitchen and were extremely satisfied by the costumer service, expertise, and quality of appliances provided. I did some additional research, read various reviews, and decided to give them a call...am I’m so glad that I did! Scheduling an appointment was quick and super easy. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Sammy that very same day who was of great help. He is well informed and presented me with an array of plausible options for my home. He clearly summarized the advantages and disadvantages of various products without bias. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy a specific brand. This was important to me as I wanted to make the right choice, one that would suite my needs and make sense. Prices are super competitive and I immediately recognized that I was getting a great appliance package at an amazing price! Delivery came quick, as did my satisfaction. They look incredible in my new home! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would strongly recommended this company to anyone looking for a great selection of quality product at affordable prices. Thank you Best Brand Appliance for your expertise, honesty, and quality costumer service!!

Kitchen Reno

I had given the review a 5 star at the time of the purchase (June 3). I have had a challenging time in getting a response on a delivery date despite several calls and emails. I find the after-sales performance poor and baffled as to how something so simple and basic is so below standard. I have my contractors asking each day and I am simply unable to give them an answer. I would not go back to Best Brands nor would I refer anyone to them.

I can speak for the rest of the staff, but Jeff is amazing to deal with, he's al ways available to answer your questions whether it's midnight or 8am the next day.

Good price, poor service

I purchased a washer and dryer combo from this company.
They offered competitive pricing, and seemed friendly, but the lower price came at the cost of very poor service.
If you plan to have them move or install any appliances for you, I would recommend proceeding with great caution.
I do not think saving a few hundred dollars was worth the amount of damage that they caused, so I would make sure whom ever you work with knows how to move heavy appliances.
They contracted a 3rd party mover who do not know how to effectively move heavy appliances causing a lot more damage to my home than expected:
1. Broken picture frame
2. Stained carpet
3. Damaged stairwell
4. Scratched my entire livingroom floor when they dragged the washer across it.
5. The washer and dryer were dinged as well, but fairly minor

Fair warning.

best brands customer service

jeff at best brands did an excellent job navigating a delivery issue with miele. he was immediately responsive and took ownership of someone else making a mistake and worked closely with us to remedy what was a stressful situation. thank you jeff and best brands for backing up your claim for excellent customer service....
