We had an LG dishwasher that was not draining. When I booked the service call, I told the receptionist that we needed a new drainage pump and was assured that the repair person would bring the parts needed for the repair. When the repair person arrived, two days after the call (even though their ad advertises same day service seven days a week, and I had to really negotiate to get someone to show up two days after the call) he arrived not only without parts but told me that he couldn't get parts as LG does not sell electronic parts to them. It was a complete waste of time, especially when I told them up front that the dishwasher needed a specific part, if you can't get parts, then why book a service call? We ended up having to contact LG directly and have the repairs completed by LG.
