Granstone

Replaced butcher block counter with Quartz from Zenith. After shopping around decided on Granstone for quoting better value. Some of the other places we considered were not very helpful or responsive because we were a single residential job rather than a builder/contractor, but this was the opposite at Granstone. They were very prompt responding to our inquiries from the initial quote to after service and were even pro-active in notifying us of any issues. The installers were professional and personable. The work they did was superior and our kitchen looks amazing. But what really confirmed for us that Granstone was the right choice was how they came through when things didn't go according to plan. On the day of installation they realized they were short a small piece for the bridge behind the stove. The installation was completed nonetheless with assurances that they would maintain a search for a spare piece of the quartz for the bridge. Hayley kept in regular contact with us to let us know the status which served to reassure us that they were going to come through. After two months and the holidays fast approaching, a spare piece had still not been found and we were growing concerned about entertaining with this small item unfinished. In recognition of this, Hayley said she would ask the owner if a slab could be ordered to finish the bridge in time. Within a few days the installers returned and installed it and we were able to happily show off our new counter to visitors. Throughout all of this Hayley and the installers were friendly and helpful. A lot of businesses will receive great reviews for completing a job according to plan, but the greatest reassurance is how well a business responds when circumstances interfere with things working out according to plan. Our experiences with Granstone provided us with the best reassurance possible and we are looking forward to using them again for our backsplash.

My experience with Granstone was very positive. We had something specific in mind and were having trouble finding but Granstone had so many options available and were determined that we got what we wanted. We are very happy customers!

Our experience with Granstone was five out of five. We chose the "New River White" granite for our kitchen renovation. Thirteen days later, it was installed by Solo and Jimmy from Granstone. We had requested that the stone to be installed without any seams; however, this was a difficult request considering the dimensions of the surface area. Owner, cutter, and installer Solo used his experience and knowledge of stone to succesfully install the granite in one complete section. We were and remain totally impressed with the sales office, the stone warehouse showroom, the quality of the product, and especially the highly professional installation job.

We had a wonderful experience with Granstone in replacing all our kitchen and bathroom counter tops. Throughout the entire process, everyone we dealt with has been patient and professional. From the initial inquiry to slab selection to the final instantiation, we had all the support we needed and we are happy with the result.

As with most people planning a renovation, we searched the internet for companies that caught our eye. Visits to various retailers occurred as we started our renovation journey. We then heard about Granstone from our kitchen cabinet contractor and went to Granstone to see their product.

We met with Paige several times and selected a quartz counter-top. After the installation, we noticed that the counter-top had a haze and some some area's of discoloration. We contacted Granstone and they spent a lot of time trying to find a solution to the issues. As none of the solutions seemed to work, Granstone agreed that the counter-top should be replaced. We selected a granite counter top in the same color range and within a couple of weeks it was ready for installation. As the quartz counter top had to be removed, we were quite worried about how the tile back splash and under-counter mount sink would survive but we were very impressed with how much care was taken to remove the old and install the new. We are very pleased with the overall outcome and would recommend Granstone if you are looking for a local company that provides excellent customer service with competitive prices and backs up their products and services to ensure customer satisfaction; they were patient, on-time and respectful of our property.
