We researched a few granite companies before choosing Granstone. Mostly because there were no sales gimmicks involved. Haley as super helpful, and pleasant right from the first phone call. After choosing our stone at an offsite warehouse, we had the measurments done. Haley took care of everything. We had to re-schedule our installation as we found asbestos tiles under our ceramic tiles. Again, Haley was awesome in rearranging everything. We are so happy with the work that was done and have already recommended Granstone to our friends.

We began the search for a granite countertop for our kitchen and after hours spent at the various suppliers had narrowed down our choice to two slabs and eventually one. We went to Granstone early afternoon of a Saturday with our measurements (no appointment) and met with Solo, one of the owners. We provided him with our rough measurements and the product number of the stone. He was wonderful to speak with about the process and told us that we would have a quote on Monday and he was right on his word. Paige from his office sent us the quote, very competitive pricing, and we spent a few more days going back to the warehouse to look at the stone again before we placed our order. Both Solo and Paige were very patient with us, no pressure at all and we sealed the deal a week later. Within a few days Solo scheduled our appointment for the final measure at our home and one week after that our granite countertop was in. From the time we walked in that Saturday afternoon to the time the job was completed two weeks later, we were amazed at the customer service, friendly, no pressure ambiance, patience and the professional service experienced. The install was superior and we love our new granite countertops!!! Thank you Solo and Paige. Great experience all around. Much appreciated.

What cans we say? You guys did the most beautiful job, ever! We are totally, completely satisfied. From day one, Paige kept in touch with us, told us exactly what was being done and when, and then Solo took the measurements and Jimmy and Ken did the install less than 7 days later. Amazing! Not only did you do a gorgeous job, your guys also left our place as clean as they found it when they arrived. The true sign of professionals! We would definitely recommend you to our family and friends because you can be trusted to do what you say you will do, a rare thing in this day and age. 8 days ago we selected granite and backsplash tile from Granstone Ottawa and are ALREADY admiring our new kitchen with undermount sink...a great deal with the granite purchase.

This granite counter is installed on new cabinets in a 30+ year old home. The walls were not straight, square etc. so measurement and installation were unusually difficult.
The sales office was a great help in selecting granite vs. quartz, and color.

We found Granstone while looking for replacement counter tops for a 10x3 peninsula with a sink and 2 small areas. Hayley was excellent to deal with, making some special arrangements to enable the work to proceed quickly. There was a small exception to an otherwise perfect job. We were told by the installer that the measurement for the sink was correct but it was not cut according to the measurement. This was rectified on site without any serious consequences. Overall we are satisfied with the end result, and would recommend Granstone to others.

From the get go, Granstone gave us excellent service. Hayley helped us choose the right colors for our new home at price points we were comfortable with. Our home had not yet been built, when we finalized granite with Granstone, but with the various cabinets and tiles they had, we were able to at least piece together somewhat of a mental image of what the finished product would look like.

Despite being one of the most cost-effective quotes we received, there seemed to be no sacrifice in the quality of workmanship. In fact, despite our plans not fitting completely on one slab (we didn't know when we bought the slab, since our house hadn't been built yet), Granstone pieced together additional slabs they had laying around to work perfectly with our finished product.

Measurements were taken with top of the line measuring tools (thanks Solo!) and Jimmy and Solo did a phenomenal job with the installation as well.

I am a decorator/designer and was doing a quick makeover on a kitchen for a client in a big hurry! After connecting with 3 other companies, I was pleased to find that Granstone provided me with not only the quickest quote, but also, the BEST!
Their measuring technique is state of the art and the installers were friendly and very helpful. I also used their plumber to reconnect the plumbing afterwards and found him to be honest and professional as well.
It was a pleasant experience from start to finish!
