Hector Heating And Air Conditioning

Hector was referred to us by our contractor who is doing renovations at my parent’s very challenging old house. He replaced the furnace and added an air conditioning system which also involved replacing and creating new vents/ducts. Hector knows his business, is prompt, friendly and addresses issues with true professionalism. Most importantly, his service goes beyond after the sale. I live and work in Mississauga so it is not convenient to keep an eye on the house. The dust from the renovations gets into the filter very quickly but as soon as I realize that the filter need changing, Hector didn’t hesitate to go out of his way to change it for me. The renovation is still ongoing and I can count on Hector to address any questions that I come up from time to time.

My 25-yr-old air conditioner died on the hottest day (of course). Hector fixed it with a new motor and some other parts. I have zero doubt that a less honest technician would have tried to sell me a new unit (and I probably would have agreed). But Hector is a man of integrity, and that, in my opinion, is one of the single best attributes a service person can possess.
I am very pleased to be writing this review in the comfort of my now very cool home. Thank you so much Hector and HMA.
