Excellent price and service

Like many homeowners in Toronto we have a number of dying ash trees that have to be removed. Our ash trees are at the back of the yard, and very close to live Hydro and Bell lines. The tree removal would require some time, and skill. One of our neighbours had hired the Warriors Tree Service, and they were very happy with the price and work. We asked the owner Dan for a quote, and he came over the following day to patiently answer our questions and he gave us a very reasonable price for the job. The day came to remove the trees, and Dan showed up with about ten workers and all the equipment. His crew is very friendly, and they work hard. They were very careful in trimming the trees, and lifting out the pieces. It looked like a big operation, and they worked safely and with care. At the end of the day they carefully blew and swept everything clean. I was impressed that Dan sent two of his crew over to my neighbour’s yard to clean up some twigs and sawdust that fell from my trees over the property line. I highly recommend the Warriors Tree Service; you will be very pleased with their price and quality of work.

We are senior citizens and were desperate to find a professional to service our Silver Maple trees. We found Warrior Tree Service listed on Homes Stars and read great reviews about Dan. We called Dan immediately and he promptly showed up to give us a quote. His intelligent approach with extreme knowledge about his profession won us over. We were approved by the city to remove one of our trees and were willing to pay for this service but Dan advised against it for 2 reasons – 1) our own benefit to save money and 2) because “it is not necessary since it is a healthy tree”. We accepted his advice to trim both trees in our backyard. Dan showed up with his crew and worked in a very professional manner and answered our questions patiently. The bottom line is that in no time he climbed the tree and went to work and to our amazement he opened up a new world for us in our backyard. We strongly recommend him as a decent, trustworthy person and as a professional in his field. It was a pleasure to work with Dan and we recommend him highly.

I had an aging and ultimately dangerous Silver Maple (roughly 55 yrs old) which required removal. As the tree was sandwiched between 2 homes, Dan and his crew utilized a heavy lift crane to carefully tie-off, cut, and lift the tree away in a matter of a few hours. Dan also exhibited patience to my neighbor and I as we requested all necessary paperwork for a dangerous operation like this which any homeowner should request. The only reason I am rating them as a 9/10 is that Dan was unable to grind the stump for me as agreed. He did however, return as promised to compensate me for my difficulties and added a little extra on top. Thank you for that Dan - Great job guys! Stay Safe !

After the city removed 3 trees on our property which were infected by the Emerald Ash Borer we noticed that the tree we had planted 20 years ago also seemed to be infected. Obtained a permit from the city for its removal and started calling tree service companies. Warriors was recommended to me by another well reviewed
company who did not service Vaughan. Dan responded very quickly, came the same day to give an estimate, and was able to do the job within 2 days. I never bothered to get other estimates as his
price seemed very reasonable. His company is insured and registered with WSIB. While he was here we also had him prune another tree for an additional cost. We were impressed with the
clean up. We opted to put off grinding the stump until late fall at his recommendation,in order not to mess up our garden, at which time
he will return to do this. He was lovely to work with and we would
highly recommend him.
