We needed a quote and when Bill arrived we felt so at ease. Bill explained every product offered and recommended what was right for our home. The day of installation he popped in with coffee for us and his installers. Bill is a wonder representative for Priority.

So our 20 year old Furnace crapped out so we decided to just get a new AC and Furnace. My family decided to go with Priority because all we ever heard was amazing things about these guys. So I gave Bill the sales rep a call and told him what we needed and next thing you know in just a day or two Bill is in my home doing measurements and giving me a free quote. Bill was super friendly and very respectful. So after we got the quote we decided to go ahead and put in an order for a new AC and Furnace. We put in the order and then like a day later Bill calls me up and says they are ready to install when ever I'm ready (these guys are FAST), so I told them what day works for me and they set everything up.

Quickly came installation day and this is when I met Brandon and Shawn for the first time in my life. These guys were just awesome is the only way to put it. The first thing they do is roll out these red carpets on my floor so that they dont dirty my floor! man I felt like I was at the Oscars!. These guys were super friendly and respectful, they were funny as hell too I felt like I just had a couples buddies come over to install the AC and Furnace for me. At one point my grandma came home with groceries and what do these guys do? they stop everything and help bring in the groceries.... are you kidding me!? unreal service. After a few hours of work they were done and they took the time to show me everything and explain everything to me. They also cleaned up everything (Im pretty sure my basement was cleaner after they left). Then an hour later who shows up.... Bill! he came back to make sure everything looked good and if I had any questions.

I gotta say I have never had such great service in my life. If you need any heating and cooling help and you dont call Priority you need to give your head a shake cause these guys are beauties!

Its been about a month since the job has been completed and everything is working great!. Well done Priority you guys get a 15/10 in my books.

Jeremy, the Sales Manager, provided prompt quotes and turnaround to book gas line install. Provided very reasonable quote in comparison to other quotes I had requested.
I was very impressed with the work performed when I inspected the lines when I got home from work.
Everything for the BBQ and stove was installed as I had requested with a sketches and notes. In fact it was set up better than I expected making space utilization by the BBQ more efficient. Also the stove line in the house was located where it was very easy to re-install the cupboard I had removed. It did not require any cutting of the cupboard as I was initially expecting.

My wife also advised the technician, Justin, was very professional and did an excellent job with the gas line install, and testing.

I will definitely be requesting Priority Mechanical to perform other work I require.

Over the past couple of weeks, I received quotes from a few area companies for a new air conditioner and humidifier. What distinguished Priority Mechanical from the rest was the thoroughness during the quote process. Glen took the time to explain the process of selecting an air conditioner and why certain factors matter and then proceeded to do a heat load calculation to ensure the unit was sized appropriately. He provided a written quote with a couple of options based on the results of the calculation and provided quick responses to my follow-up questions via email. Ultimately, I chose Priority because I was confident in my selection based on the discussions with Glen.

The installation was scheduled within a week. The installers, Jeremy and Kenny were punctual, extremely professional and diligent workers. The resulting work was so neatly done you could tell they took great pride in their workmanship. When my existing thermostat was causing problems, without hesitation they removed it and installed an up to date model. At the end of the install, they ensured everything was functioning properly and walked me through the new systems with recommendations of areas for regular maintenance. Impressive work from this awesome team.

All in all : an excellent experience with Priority Mechanical.

Jeff came in to install the AC. Awesome person. Every company should hire people like Jeff. Bill is the sales person whom I contacted for the quote.He is awesome. Clear with his words.

After receiving three quotes for central air, we chose Priority Mechanical because Glen took the time to ensure we were knowledgeable on the technical aspects, product offerings, etc. Glen's assessment of our needs was much more thorough than the competitors, which made us feel confident in our decision. Glen always took time to thoroughly answer our follow up questions via email. Today the system was installed by Jeremy and Kyle – their workmanship and professionalism iwas exemplary. It was also nice to see how well Jeremy and Kyle worked together.

I got a water heater install done through Priority Mechanical. It is a rental unit. They did an excellent job with the install and the two technicians (Tommy & Jeremy) were awesome about explaining things. They were very diligent with their work. I don't usually write online reviews, but I was so impressed by them.

I had Gord come to my home to service my furnace this morning. I just wanted to advise you that the customer service he provided was by far the best. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions, walked me through everything he was doing and helped me to better understand how my furnace works. He also provided me with suggestions on how to ensure it continues to operate properly.

I wanted to thank him for providing such outstanding service.

Our 15 year old furnace was past its prime and one call to Priority Mechanical was all it took to get excellent service and a new furnace. They exceeded our expectations. Thanks!

People STAY AWAY from this place!
It is completely dishonest. I asked them for the estimate to repair my furnace and they told me it will be approximately $300 to replace the controller. The price sounded comparable and competitive with other services. The cost of the part is about $150 tax included, depends on what store you call. And the time that technician spent was 1.5h. Most would agree that hourly rate is about $100, give or take. So total would be about $300. And that matches the estimate that I was given. When I asked technician what is going to be the cost, he just said you will get the invoice. The invoice came 2 weeks later and it was $600. I called to dispute the invoice, thinking it was an error, but with no success. Service manager was even having the fun with it. I am very disappointed.
