Over the past couple of weeks, I received quotes from a few area companies for a new air conditioner and humidifier. What distinguished Priority Mechanical from the rest was the thoroughness during the quote process. Glen took the time to explain the process of selecting an air conditioner and why certain factors matter and then proceeded to do a heat load calculation to ensure the unit was sized appropriately. He provided a written quote with a couple of options based on the results of the calculation and provided quick responses to my follow-up questions via email. Ultimately, I chose Priority because I was confident in my selection based on the discussions with Glen. The installation was scheduled within a week. The installers, Jeremy and Kenny were punctual, extremely professional and diligent workers. The resulting work was so neatly done you could tell they took great pride in their workmanship. When my existing thermostat was causing problems, without hesitation they removed it and installed an up to date model. At the end of the install, they ensured everything was functioning properly and walked me through the new systems with recommendations of areas for regular maintenance. Impressive work from this awesome team. All in all : an excellent experience with Priority Mechanical.
