Both the request for a quote and the provision of service were prompt. Service men were polite and efficient and explained what had to be done. When issues were found they were dealt with effectively.

We recently had to replace our home central air conditioning system during a very hot stretch in August 2018. We received a quote from the original service provider that installed the last system in 2007 and were interested in the Carrier Infinity line for efficiency and low dBA sound. Ryan Park came by and was very insightful on the “service warranty” business models used by some service providers and gave us a competitive quote on three Carrier Infinity models. We were very impressed with Ryan’s industry knowledge and his extensive installation experience, he gave us confidence in Appleby’s family business culture. Within two days the special order unit was received and we scheduled the install the next day. Our installers Jimmy and Steve arrived promptly as promised and did a fantastic job with the removal and installation of our new system. They were friendly, personable, professional and excellent communicators throughout the whole process. Being an Engineer, I was engaged with them and they walked me through all of the benefits of the new technology offered by Carrier’s Infinity system; our 9 year old furnace was also an Infinity line unit and the whole heating and cooling system communicates effectively through the recommended Infinity Touch digital programmable thermostat. Jimmy and Steve completed the installation and cleaned up everything to the point you could not tell they were here. This was our third air conditioning installation over 19 years and the customer experience was excellent. Two days after the installation, we received a follow up customer service call from Chris at the Appleby Systems office to see how everything went and she provided us with more service options to consider for our nearly out of warranty furnace. We would highly recommend Appleby Systems for all of your home comfort needs.

The installers were Kyle, Kenny & Chris. They arrived prompt at 9 a.m.
and in about 7 hours everything was ready to go. They were polite, friendly and efficient.

Late Monday afternoon I placed a call to Appleby Systems - my air conditioner was not working. Within half an hour Jamie was here to access this problem - the news I needed to replace my aged furnace and air conditioner. Wednesday morning Steve, Kyle and Jimmy were here with the new unit. The team was efficient, courteous and respectful of my home. I would like to thank them all for the service that was provided.

Despite the summer heat wave, Appleby Systems was able to quickly and efficiently get everything organized for our new A/C and furnace. The installation crew (Kyle, Chris and Kenny) did an incredible job and had everything up and running perfectly.

A little under two weeks ago, I discovered our AC was not really keeping up wit the increasingly hot weather. Dan came out pretty fast and diagnosed the unit was at life end and time for a new one. Ryan was fast to respond with some options and a quote. Within days, Kyle and Jimmy were here to remove and replace with a new Coleman AC unit and larger coils for the furnace. Given the heat we were headed for, the guys did a great job, and had the whole system cleaned and tuned up ready to face this crazy heat wave we are now in. Talk about great work and great timing! The installers Kyle and Jimmie were great. When they left the only indication was a new Central Air unit in the yard. No mess of junk laying around. They went through everything and answered all the questions. Keep up the great work

Dan was excellent to spot the problem before the cooling season started and I was able to get it addressed by Appleby Systems very quickly.

Kyle and Jimmy installed the new unit and were very good to have working in my home. They were pleasant to work with (everybody that I have met at Appleby is), they explained what they were doing, were very neat and tidy while they were working and cleaned up thoroughly when they left. Installation was tested before they left and is working absolutely perfectly.

We have been Appleby customers for 20 years. We recently had an issue with our air conditioning- of course the hottest May ever and prom season. Even though it is busy time they did their best to help us out quickly and professionally. Jimmy and Kyle came and installed a new furnace and air conditioner and they were great, very knowledgeable and again professional.

I have used the services of Appleby Systems for many years and have always had good service.
This time I had a new AC system installed and considering the obstacles encountered and the heat, the installers, Kyle and Jimmy were ever positive and optimistic. Great service! It was a long day.
