My furnace was blowing cold air. I called mackay around noontime. A service Tech arrived that very afternoon. (Peter). The part had to be ordered, Peter did a quick fix to keep it blowing warm air, until the part arrived. Peter was very courteous, informative and found the problem in minutes. He was a pleasure to deal with. The part arrived and was installed by Adam 3 days later. Adam has been to my home for furnace repair before. A very courteous young lad. It took Adam only minutes to replace the switch. I had been trying to get on the homestars web site without much luck. Adam was nice enough to show me what to do.
