The furnace in an elderly friend's home chose to fail Monday night. Monday morning she called for service and was told they were extremely busy and they would get there as soon as possible. By early afternoon Dave came, diagnosed and did a temporary repair until she could decide whether to replace a 25 year old motor or the entire furnace.
She decided to go with just the motor. The furnace was a brand they don't typically deal with. They were able to source a motor that was supposed to take 2 days to arrive.
The motor in fact arrived in one day and was installed that same day.
Not only was service prompt but they kept me informed every step of the way in regards to when received, approximate time window Dave would be there to install it, to 1/2 hour notice of when Dave would actually arrive.
Furnace is back up and running and a very relieve customer and friend of the customer.
