We heard some funny noise on the roof for quite a while. We didn't bother to take any action or we were not aware of anything serious until a friend came in and alert us of the problem. We called Sherwin and Jamie. They came immediately and have the problem fixed in a couple hours. A week later, they came in again for another inspection. So far, no more noise is heard. Over the recent weeks, noises were coming from the attic in my home. I suspected a raccoon, and was assured from the noises and damages coming from the ceiling. After searching animal removal services, I discovered S.O.S Wildlife Control. I called the company and was explained to the procedure needed to remove the issue. I have been having trouble with rats finding their way into my house for the past six months. I called one exterminator who was unable to locate the point of entry. Recently, another found its way in and died somewhere I could smell but could not see. Distressed, I found Sherwin on homestars and called his number. He came right away!! Within a few minutes he was able to locate the point of entry and implemented a temporary fix until we are able to permanently solve the problem in the spring once the ground thaws. A squirrel had made it's home in our attic, and after reviewing the HomeStars reviews about S.O.S. Wildlife Control Inc., I decided to call them to determine what could be done to humanely remove the squirrel. Sherwin answered the phone right away, explained in great detail that after his inspection, a one-way door could be installed over our damaged roof, and he offered to be at my house early the next morning. His attention to detail during that phone call assured me that I had called the right company.
Sherwin and Jaime were at my house at the decided time. They were professional (for example, making sure that they wore disposable booties over their work boots while in the house) and friendly. Sherwin provided a lot of detail and we watched the video of the damage together, so that I could see the damage that had been done to my roof.
On one of the coldest January days, both Sherwin and Jaime installed the one-way door on the roof, and added preventative measures to ensure that the squirrel wouldn't just pick the next warmest spot on my rooftop to gain access.
Sherwin explained the guarantee, and the follow up that will occur in the springtime.

We had sleepless night after hearing terrible noises in our attic and we called SOS Wildlife Control.
Jamie and Sherwin showed up next day to check for noises in our attic. They found a huge hole in our roof and they identified it was the racoon.
They explained how racoon got in through the roof and also showed a video of the damaged roof They provided a quote and explained step by step the process involved. They finished the process in about an hour and also showed a video before and after on the work done.
