Dwayne is amazing! He shows you what is wrong and doesn't do anything without letting you know. No tricks or gimmicks. He is reliable and takes the time to break things down to ensure you understand.
I would recommend him to everyone I know.
Even when you know he is busy, he doesn't rush with your home and makes sure you are more knowledgeable before he leaves. Do not use anyone else except Dwayne/CoolFlame! Best in Durham hands down!
