Dwayne is amazing! He shows you what is wrong and doesn't do anything without letting you know. No tricks or gimmicks. He is reliable and takes the time to break things down to ensure you understand. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Even when you know he is busy, he doesn't rush with your home and makes sure you are more knowledgeable before he leaves. Do not use anyone else except Dwayne/CoolFlame! Best in Durham hands down!

I purchased a gazebo from Costco and called to have this set up and installed. The estimate was 3-4 hours but this was done in just under 2 hours. The men came on time, prepared, had their tools and equipment ready to go. They worked well together with no disruption to me. They also took all of the garbage and cleaned up the work space. Very polite and very good workmanship. I would use them again for anything within their expertise and I would recommend them to anyone I know. A+ service.
