Mike performed a home inspection for us following the purchase of our new home.
Mike was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain his important and not so important findings. I thought that was great. He also leaves you with the details of his findings which is a great reference.

He was very calm, collected and thorough. He was also very informative and answered every single question we had, and made sure we understood everything that was happening and what he was checking. We heard Michael Tita's name mentioned again and again during the search for our first home. He also did the inspection for one of our friends and they had nothing but great things to say. Michael was very thorough in his inspection and provided excellent service. As first time homeowners, we had a LOT of questions about how the guts of the house work, why something is the way it is, what that noise means etc. Michael was amazing! He patiently answered every single one of our questions, gave us tips on maintenance and even let us poke our head into the attic to check the insulation. An example of his thoroughness, our garage had a patch on the roof which looked to be sealed properly. Not only did Michael do a close up inspection of the patch, he also checked for moisture and assured us that the patch was dry and sealed well. We will definitely be using his services again for our next home. Money well spent and absolutely recommended!
