Mike is extremely thorough. This was my first purchase of a resale and needed some hand holding in terms of repairs. Mike was very helpful and gave me a detailed binder with things he noticed that can be repaired and even gave tips on how to repair it. He is very professional and I will be recommending him to friends and family.
