I am in the construction industry and know a lot about buildings, building codes, different trades and spotting difficiencies. Lighthouse inspections provided me with a home inspection of a home that I was purchasing. Even though I am in the industry, it is always a good idea to get a professional inspection done to have an additional set of eyes looking at the home. They were very thorough, took their time, and looked into every aspect of the home. They provided a detailed report and highlighted and flagged any concerns or areas that need remediation. The inspector was knowledgeable and did a great job.

Michael, was outstanding. Walked through the home from top to bottom and encouraged me to stay with him and ask questions. The inspection was not rushed, he recorded serial numbers and reported condition of all appliances that were included. Made some suggestions on how things could be improved when items would be changed in the future. Well worth the money. Great job!
