Mike Tita did a very thorough inspection on the property that I am purchasing. I actually met him when he inspected a home I sold last year. He had caught an item that needed remediation (due to building code) that another inspector (that I engaged 7 years prior before I bought that house) had failed to notice and report.

I chose him as my house inspector, because I really appreciated the fact that he was more fully aware of building codes, past and present. I would recommend him to anyone.

Micheal Tita was excellent to work with. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about finding any dark secrets about the house I was purchasing. Michael was very thorough and went over the results of his inspection in detail when he was done. Answered any questions I had and was able to put my mind at ease about what was normal and acceptable and what items needed attention.
