I am an extremely hard to please individual. (and that's putting it lightly). I have never met a more professional, organized and personable individual in my life.
I know nothing about home inspections. But I learned so much from our interaction. This is a completely thorough, 3 hour + inspections. Michael was over, under, inside and out, the entire property. He pointed out things that needed immediate attention, things that could wait, things that were cosmetic in nature. He uses the most up to date technology and he is worth every penny.
He found an issue on the roof, which, because of his warning, will now be fixed, and paid for by the seller, before we move in. The fee we paid Michael, was extremely less than the expense of fixing this on our own. We didn't need to adjust our offer, since the seller will do the repair.
