I've used the service of this company twice now. And I will be back for more. Integrity is often hard to find these days. But both experiences with this group has been positive. The first time was a simple screen repair of a patio door. My Boxer kept wanting to get in so would just bulldoze through the regular screen. They set me up with dog proof screen that has been resistant to our Boxer. Today, I got a sales call on a front door. He listened and came up with a suggestion that met our unknown and unexpressed need. It may be a few dollars more than a box store but I'd rather go local and have true service than go megastore and forgo any follow up.

HIRE THIS MAN. LOOK NO FURTHER. I am an extremely hard to please individual. (and that's putting it lightly). I have never met a more professional, organized and personable individual in my life. I know nothing about home inspections. But I learned so much from our interaction. This is a completely thorough, 3 hour + inspections. Michael was over, under, inside and out, the entire property. He pointed out things that needed immediate attention, things that could wait, things that were cosmetic in nature. He uses the most up to date technology and he is worth every penny. He found an issue on the roof, which, because of his warning, will now be fixed, and paid for by the seller, before we move in. The fee we paid Michael, was extremely less than the expense of fixing this on our own. We didn't need to adjust our offer, since the seller will do the repair.
