I just want to echo what my wife has written about Jay and his team. What I appreciated most about working with Green Side Up is the sense that I was a valued customer and not just a sucker. Jay values you as a customer and is anxious that his customers have good experiences. He doesn't 'nickel and dime' on the job either.In the process of working on the lawn, Jay and I agreed that I needed a new retaining wall. He agreed to build one at no extra charge other than the lumber - and he made sure to provide a copy of the receipt. Unlike the majority of experiences I've had with this industry, Green Side Up has excellent customer service. Jay either answers his phone immediately or calls back on the same day.
While we worked with Green Side on sod installation this time, I'm confident there will be more business with them in the future.
